- Kofi Annan completed a 5 day visit to Kenya with Graca Machel to assess the progress of the Kenya National Dialogue and Reconciliation process. Kofi held a press conference reporting on his visit.

- Bankelele reports that Zuku, the Wananchi Group broadband and cable TV company, has significantly reduced their prices; by as much as 50%.
