Setting up up my twitter accounts was one of the first things I did after purchasing my new phone, the Huawei IDEOS Android.
The IDEOS comes pre-installed with the Twitter for Android application. But it was outdated, so I visited the Android Market to download the latest version; 2.1.2
Twitter for Android is a great application and it is free. I like it because;

- It supports multiple twitter accounts. The button to switch from one account to another is the twitter handle on the top right hand of the main page.
- The layout is efficient with easy access to the primary features of twitter; timeline, @ mentions, direct messages (DM), lists, search, trends, sharing photographs, using Twitpic or yFrog. The tough part is getting used to typing on the small QWERTY touch screen keyboard.
- It is easier to scroll up and down the timeline on a touch screen phone rather than clicking or holding down a button.
- It is easy to change the font size, which is great for people with poor eyesight aka wazee.
In comparison to using the Gravity twitter app on the Nokia E72 I found the display on the IDEOS much bigger. I realize 0.4 inches may not sound like much, but the 2.8 inch touch screen on the IDEOS is significantly bigger than the 2.4 inch screen on the Nokia E72
